Daniel R. Agos is an experienced litigator who has successfully defended cases concerning auto & trucking, first party property, premises liability, commercial claims, negligent security and workers’ compensation claims.
Mr. Agos was born in Columbus, New Jersey. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Business and Corporate Law Society and Entertainment and Sports Law Society. While in law school, Mr. Agos served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Antonio Arzola of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and as a legal intern for the University of Miami Athletic Compliance Office. Mr. Agos earned his B.S. in Sport Management with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Delaware. While attending the University of Delaware and prior to attending law school, Mr. Agos worked for multiple professional sports organizations.
Mr. Agos is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
