Jessica Serrano Goddeyne is a trial attorney representing insurance companies; medical, legal and construction professionals; and corporations in high exposure claims including personal injury defense, premises liability, construction litigation, and complex business disputes. She has handled cases from inception through trial and appeal. Jessica is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York. She is fluent in Spanish.
Jessica earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York and spent her first eight years of practice litigating a variety of cases including medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial litigation, real estate, commercial litigation, and structured settlement factoring. She handled cases from pre-trial through trial, drafting of appellant and respondent briefs, and arguing before the New York State appellate courts. Jessica also supervised junior associates in all phases of pre-trial litigation.
