Ray Mariani has been representing parties in civil litigation throughout the United States for nearly 30 years.  He is highly experienced in taking significant products liability, contract, insurance coverage and other types of disputes to trial and through appeal.  His experience includes actively litigating in more than 25 states, in federal and state courts, with first seat trial and appellate experience.

Ray Mariani has authored numerous law review articles, magazine and newspaper pieces and other publications on a variety of legal issues.  He is also a guest speaker and lecturer at various seminars in the US and overseas and has been featured as a guest lecturer at law schools in the New York area.

Mr. Mariani is a certified mediator and has been trained at the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation.  He is a member of the panels for the US District Court, Eastern District of NY and the NY Supreme Court, Westchester County Commercial Division.  He also FAA License for Remote Pilot for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
