Robert Morris is an associate attorney representing insurance companies; construction and commercial professionals; and corporations in high exposure claims, including professional and premises liability, construction litigation, and complex business disputes. He has developed cases from inception through dispute resolution and trial with keen attention to client objectives. Robert is admitted to practice in both Florida and Indiana.
Robert earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and spent his first ten years of practice litigating cases in Florida state and federal courts, and closely following developments in appellate law. He has experience handling construction defects, construction liens, commercial disputes, personal injury, professional liability, and real estate disputes. He also served as an attorney in the Social Security Administration where he advised Administrative Law Judges concerning substantive and procedural issues related to Title II and XVI of the Social Security Act.
