Robert S. Morvay is an insurance defense trial attorney whose practice is focused on premises liability, personal injury, dram shop and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Morvay’s unique experience includes working at one of Florida’s best known insurance defense firms and in-house at one of the country’s premier niche market insurance companies.
He has successfully defended clients in a variety of claims including personal injury, wrongful death, negligence, medical and professional malpractice, premises liability, negligent security and dram shop litigation.
Mr. Morvay’s interest in litigation began during law school when he interned for the Pinellas County Public Defender and gained valuable trial experience.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned dual degrees in Psychology and Political Science. When not practicing law, Mr. Morvay enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa, and their two boys, Logan and Connor.
