Robert S. Morvay is an insurance defense trial attorney whose practice is focused on premises liability, general liability, aviation, personal injury, and professional malpractice. Mr. Morvay’s unique experience includes work in private practice at Florida’s best known insurance defense firms and in-house at one of the country’s premier niche market insurance companies.
He has successfully defended clients in a variety of claims including personal injury, negligence, medical and professional malpractice, sinkhole and other first party litigation, and premises liability.
Mr. Morvay’s interest in litigation began during law school when he interned for the Pinellas County Public Defender and gained valuable trial experience. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law where he was the American Trial Association Trial Competition Winner and also earned the Best Advocate Award. He attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas as the recipient of a full academic merit based scholarship and earned dual degrees in Psychology and Political Science.
