News Murray Morrin & Herman Obtains Final Summary Judgment in Negligence Claim In March 2009, MMH obtained a Final Summary Judgment in favor of its client, an aviation event coordinator, in defense of a negligence cause of action asserted by an event attendee. Plaintiff filed suit alleging that our client owed and breached a duty of care that we maintained did not exist. Upon our acquisition of the appropriate discovery to support our defenses, MMH submitted to the Court a Motion for Summary Judgment and Memorandum of Law, along with the supporting evidence. The Court subsequently heard oral argument on the matter and ultimately issued a Final Summary Judgment in favor of our client, thereby fully resolving the action. |
