David P. Herman is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled complex cases in both state and federal courts. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami. Mr. Herman was born in Newark, New Jersey. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board and won the Florida Bar State Moot Court Competition, co-authored the Best Brief and was selected Best Oral Advocate. He is also a member of Order of Barristers.
