Jennifer M. Clark represents clients in the aviation industry, including manufacturers, pilots, airports, FBOs, repair stations and charter operators, as well as various non-aviation clients. Jennifer’s practice areas include premises liability, transportation litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage and Medicare reporting compliance.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in December 2005 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in May 2006. Jennifer also attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate studies and, in December 2002, she received her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Political Science and Economics and Certificate in International Relations. During law school, Jennifer served as Research Editor for the Florida Law Review and received the David T. Smith Outstanding Associate Editor Award. She was also a member of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. Jennifer earned a Book Award for Legal Drafting.
Jennifer is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the International Aviation Womens Association and Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Jennifer also was a member of the Tampa Bay Inn of Court for several years. Since 2014, Jennifer has been included on the Florida Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers, a distinction received by only 2.5% of all Florida attorneys.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in all State courts in Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
