Jennifer M. Clark represents clients in the aviation industry, including manufacturers, pilots, airports, FBOs, repair stations and charter operators, as well as various non-aviation clients.  Ms. Clark’s practice areas include personal injury, property damage, premises liability, product liability, transportation litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage and Medicare reporting compliance.

Ms. Clark was admitted to the Florida Bar in May 2006.  Ms. Clark attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate studies and law school, receiving her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Political Science and Economics and a Certificate in International Relations in 2002 and Juris Doctor in December 2005.

During law school, Ms. Clark served as Research Editor for the Florida Law Review and received the David T. Smith Outstanding Associate Editor Award. She was also a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. Jennifer earned a Book Award for Legal Drafting.
