Michael P. Breen is an experienced litigator who practices in the areas of complex tort litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death; construction law; aviation law; insurance coverage disputes; commercial litigation; and business law.  He has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, insurance and surety companies, national retailers, manufacturers, restaurants, contractors, engineering firms, business owners, and individuals.

Michael received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A., with honors, from Florida Gulf Coast University. During law school, he practiced as a certified legal intern with the Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic and clerked with the 8th Judicial Circuit Court.

Michael is admitted to practice in all State courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  He is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Prior community involvement includes the Rotary Club of Tampa and service on The Florida Orchestra’s Board of Consultants.
